GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Lead Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. The duties of the Lead Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. Lead Sales Associates perform the duties of a Sales Associate and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
* Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack boxes, cartons and totes of merchandise; stock merchandise, restock and rotate merchandise on shelves, and build merchandise displays.
* Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom; and help set up sidewalk displays.
* Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
* Open and close the store under specific direction of the Store Manager.
* Perform additional duties typically performed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, in their absence.
Qualifications

Position Summary
The Speech Pathologist provides one‑to‑one, patient‑centered care using advanced technology and clinical expertise in the home setting. Care is delivered through a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, social workers and home health aides.
Candidates must be highly motivated, detail‑oriented, organized, technologically proficient and comfortable working autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech therapy services in patients’ homes
- Deliver patient‑centered, compassionate care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care plans
- Utilize advanced and easy‑to‑use clinical technology
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills and professional accountability

Minimum Qualifications
- Meets educational and experience requirements for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA
OR - Meets educational requirements and is currently completing the supervised experience required for certification, registration or licensure in the State of Illinois (if applicable)

Schedule: 8:30AM -5:00PM
Rotation: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends & holidays, On-Call

What You’ll Need
Experience
- Required: Less than 1 years of relevant Radiologic Technology experience
Education
- Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent training
- Preferred: Degree in Radiologic Technology
Licensure & Certifications
- Required: R.T. (R) (ARRT)
- Illinois IEMA License
- CPR (AHA only)
- Recent Graduates 90 days to obtain certification
- Other: For applicants that are certified by ARRT prior to 2015, no associate degree is required. For applicants certified thereafter or that are not certified, an associate degree is required due to the change in ARRT’s Certification Requirements
