Patient Call Center Scheduler *URGENT* | Silver Spring, MD | Full-time

Award-winning healthcare organization hiring a Patient Scheduler / Call Center Rep with recent experience in high-volume setting to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. Must have excellent customer service skills, time management, prioritization, ability to handle high-volume patient calls (100 per day), and experience within a multi-site & multi-provider practice.

Rate $20.00/hr - $21/hr | Paid based on experience

Shift Monday to Friday, 7:45a - 5p (full time, 40 hrs/wk guaranteed

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 1 - 2 years recent experience in high-volume medical call center scheduling patients in multi-provider setting
• Ability to handle high volume calls (100 calls per day, on average)
• Experience in a multi-site / multi-provider practice
• Dermatology setting experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Excellent customer service, prioritization, time management, and accuracy
• Proficient in EMR Systems, Scheduling software, Outlook
