Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Tax Associate position will possess the following qualifications: 1.

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax planning, review, and advice.

Proven experience in real estate tax, corporate tax returns, income tax, state and local tax.

3.

Industry experience in oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing is highly desirable.

In-depth knowledge of S Corp and Corporations taxation.
