Director of Sales-Shop At Home (Paramus)

Key member of the sales leadership team, Director of Sales-Shop At Home is the general manager of the in-home business unit servicing markets without Blinds To Go showrooms (BTG Partners Program). Directly managing and working closely with shop-at-home outside contractors, installers and collaborating with other senior managers, he/she will develop and implement systems and processes that support rapid growth of this business. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage and drive growth of shop-at-home (SAH) business in markets without BTG showrooms (BTG Partners)

In order to be hired into the program, you’ll take an open book qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification.
