General Physician, P.C. is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care Service Line to provide patient care in Depew, NY. In this position you will deliver evidenced based care for Primary Care patients in coordination with the Primary Care team. Summary: This role works as part of the Interventional Radiology Department of Great Lakes Medical Imaging. The team provides services to Buffalo General Hospital, ECMC, and GLMI. The Radiology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner practices medicine within the scope of authority and privileges granted by Great Lakes Medical Imaging. This position assists physicians with the evaluation, management and treatment of a wide spectrum of patients with different medical problems, procedures and co-morbidities. Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Provides patient care as a member of an interdisciplinary team, working with many specialists to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Correlates subjective and objective data to formulate a differential or working diagnosis.

Qualifications:

In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home.
