What You'll Do
- Perform plating operations per specifications and quality standards
- Set up, monitor, and control plating lines and chemical baths
- Process parts for required durations per shop paperwork
- Inspect parts for thickness, defects, and quality compliance
- Verify correct racking prior to plating
- Operate and assist with plating tanks and rinse systems
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE
- Identify and report process or equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently while meeting production goals

What We're Looking For

- 0-2 years plating or manufacturing experience
- Ability to follow directions, and work safely
- Attention to detail
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Comfort with tools like rulers/tape measures and digital systems (computers/tablets)

- Forklift experience is a plus!
- Interest in industry certifications (CEF/NASF)
- Desire to meet production and performance expectations
