Specific Duties & Responsibilities include:
-Adhering to all food safety and workplace sanitation requirements.

We’re looking for a Project Estimator to support a team that designs and builds commercial playgrounds, park spaces, and outdoor recreational environments for municipalities and communities throughout Central Florida.
This is not a large GC estimating role. Our projects typically range from $100K to $3M, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support the preconstruction process by reviewing plans, preparing takeoffs, and coordinating pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Reviewing construction documents and site plans
- Performing takeoffs and building project estimates
- Gathering vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Preparing bids and proposal packages
- Maintaining project data and documentation in CRM systems
- Supporting project setup once bids are awarded
Preferred Background
- 2–5 years of estimating or construction experience
