POSITION SUMMARY: The Education Clinical Coordinator (ECC) for the Anesthesiologist Assistant Program is responsible for securing, cultivating, and managing clinical educational sites to ensure optimal clinical experiences for students. This hybrid position requires the incumbent to work both on campus and in the field, conducting regular visits with preceptors and health system administrators to strengthen relationships and enhance communication between hospitals and the university. Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off.

On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.
