Global Investing Services (GIS) is a specialized group that serves the trading, customer service and operational needs of both domestic and international clients interested in trading stocks that trade on exchanges outside the U.S.

Ability to educate clients and colleagues on complex concepts and to varying levels of expertise while displaying confidence, skill, and professionalism to resolve time-sensitive and possibly costly issues in a manner that strengthens the client relationship and mitigates risk for the firm.
Must have necessary sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task utilizing strong business judgment and prioritization skills.

This role will also support development of internal processes, documentation, and workflow tools to help the teams work more efficiently. Reports to the Manager, Operations Integration.Responsibilities:Partner with Technology, Industrial Engineering, and Op Sheet teams to maintain and evolve operational performance metrics tools, reporting, and visualization.Strategically align analytics with business goals & shape the DCL operational performance analytics roadmap.Manage a work team of partners from Industrial Engineering, CIMA, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders from across the business to define and standardize operational performance metrics.Deliver comprehensive, data-driven reports and presentations that empower operations teams to address key business questions and support informed decision-making across the fleet.Prepare analyses in support of various strategic, process improvement, and operational initiatives.Drive process improvement and automation efforts for operations planning.Manage sustainment and documentation of select operations planning processes and workflow tools.Communicate regular updates to team and partners, address issues that may affect the success of projects and initiatives.
Support additional technology, accessibility, events, operations planning, and port & island development initiatives as needed by the organization.Basic Qualifications:3+ years experience in strategic planning, business analytics or other relevant disciplines, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and proven analytical acumen.Proficient with Power Point, Power BI, tableau and other data/metrics visualization tools.3+ years' experience integrating objective and subjective data from a variety of tools, including SQL.Demonstrated ability to develop deep subject matter expertise to effectively communicate and influence decisions based on data.Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for operational partners.Experience successfully supporting high-profile projects with competing priorities and stakeholders.Ability to strategically and flexibly adapt to evolving business needs.Experience leading projects and driving cross-departmental solutions.Ability to build relationships and collaborate with partners at all levels of the organization to achieve business objectives.Proven self-starter with exceptional critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

The CVOR registered nurse is responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients, as well as assisting in monitoring and supporting the patient throughout the surgical procedure. They collaborate closely with the entire surgical team to ensure the optimization of patient outcomes by confirming all necessary surgical supplies and equipment are sterile and functional, assisting with safe patient positioning and draping, and coordinating immediate post-surgical continued patient care.
Essential Work Functions:- Maintain proficiency in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including open and closed heart surgeries
- Prepare the Cardiovascular operating room for the patient and surgical procedure
- Assemble equipment, supplies, medications, and implants, ensuring equipment functions and supplies are available
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and the surgical team to deliver coordinated care
- Utilize data from surgical preference cards for the surgical procedure and surgeon
- Position patients safely using approved devices to prevent injury and enable optimal surgical exposure
- Actively participate in Universal Protocol and timeout to confirm patient identity, procedure, and surgical site
- Handle and document specimens accurately to ensure diagnostic integrity
- Provide post-surgical care coordination, including patient handoff to the recovery team
- Assess, plan, and evaluate the nursing care of the patient before, during, and after a surgical procedure until patient handoff to the next phase of care
- Ensure that sterile procedures are followed throughout the course of surgery
- Respond effectively to emergencies, such as cardiac arrest, during surgery
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
