Shirley Parsons is supporting a prominent manufacturing organization in its search for a seasoned Bilingual EHS Manager to strengthen its leadership team. This role will provide high-level direction and hands-on oversight for the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of this company's Environmental Health, and Safety programs for this facility. This person will need to be fluent in English and Spanish.

The Role:

• Guide the implementation and ongoing improvement of corporate EHS policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Produce clear and timely regulatory submissions, including OSHA logs, environmental documentation, and internal EHS performance metrics.
• Work closely with plant leadership and operations teams to embed EHS expectations into daily manufacturing activities.
• Carry out and supervise thorough risk evaluations, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and hazard‑identification efforts.

The Candidate:

• Demonstrated background in creating, rolling out, and strengthening EHS programs, standard operating procedures, training platforms, and compliance systems within manufacturing environments.
• 5-10 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment. 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
• OSHA 500/501/511 certifications preferred.
• Ability to communicate throughout every level of a company is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
