As a Lead Principal Engineer, you will be a technical and a people’s leader in a revolutionary 3D DRAM Technology Development team. You would be engaging with suppliers to develop the processes and equipment needed to meet Micron’s technology roadmap for advanced DRAM nodes. You will work directly with Process Integration and other process areas including Dry Etch, Metals, CVD, Diffusion, Lithography and CMP.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage efforts and setting the strategy for developing process technology for assigned products in Process R&D.
