You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Breast Imaging Center by providing high-quality diagnostic interpretations, performing screening and diagnostic mammograms, and offering a full range of breast interventions.

Focus on Mammography: The majority of your day will be dedicated to interpreting mammograms and performing breast imaging procedures, with an average of 15-20 mammograms daily.
This role is ideal for a radiologist with a passion for mammography.
Supportive Work Environment: Experience a collaborative and supportive work environment with an average caseload of 15 patients per day and the support of an on-site Interventional Radiology colleague.
Who You Are Board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Mammography.
Active Florida medical license and DEA registration are mandatory.
A passion for women's health and breast imaging, a commitment to providing high-quality patient care, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment are essential.
You possess strong clinical skills in both diagnostic mammography and a variety of breast imaging procedures, including ultrasound, MRI, and interventions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Additional Information This is a locum tenens position with a flexible schedule, requiring availability for 20 days per month.
You must be willing to complete Epic training, even if you have prior experience with the system.
Travel to other Advent Health facilities with mammography needs may be required.
This position is ideal for a radiologist who is MQSA certified and can expertly perform all aspects of breast imaging.
