Eco Staff is seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians to join our client’s growing team in San Antonio, TX. If you have experience with structured cabling, security systems, access control, CCTV, or AV systems, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Install, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Fiber)

• Install and configure voice & data, security systems, access control, CCTV, and audiovisual equipment

• Install cable trays, ladder racks, conduit pathways, and cabling infrastructure

• Perform IDF/MDF room build-outs including labeling, termination, and testing

• Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

• Ensure work meets industry and safety standards

• Work independently or with a team on commercial and residential projects

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in low voltage installations and build-outs

• Strong skills in cable termination, testing, and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with power tools and mechanical systems

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/lifts

Preferred Certifications

OSHA 10/30 | Aerial/Scissor Lift | BICSI

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Must-Have Requirements

Estimator – Industrial Construction

This role supports the full estimating lifecycle, from opportunity review through proposal submission and project handoff. The Estimator will collaborate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to develop accurate cost estimates and support preconstruction planning for industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Preconstruction & Estimating

• Review RFQs and assist with bid/no-bid evaluations
• Compile project documentation and maintain communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Develop preliminary cost estimates and support risk assessments

Estimate Development

• Review construction drawings and specifications
• Attend bid meetings and participate in jobsite walkthroughs
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop work breakdown structures
• Prepare subcontractor and vendor bid packages and evaluate pricing
• Compile estimates using internal estimating tools and methodologies
• Coordinate with project teams to validate labor productivity, equipment pricing, and schedule assumptions
• Prepare and submit proposal packages and support negotiations through project award

Project Support

• Transfer awarded estimates to project execution teams
• Support project teams with change order pricing and estimate revisions as needed

Qualifications

Candidates should meet one of the following:

• 5+ years of on-site experience in concrete, structural steel, process piping, boiler work, millwright, or electrical disciplines

OR

• 5+ years supporting project management or project engineering with experience in cost control, scheduling, or change management

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe/Bluebeam
• Experience with estimating or project management software preferred

Seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage commercial Electrical construction projects in the San Antonio area. The Project Manager will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

This role works closely with general contractors, field teams, engineers, and clients to ensure successful execution of electrical systems on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from kickoff through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontracted work.
• Track project progress and ensure labor productivity and financial performance.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders and project modifications.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and closeout packages.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and electrical codes.
• Communicate project updates with clients, GCs, and internal leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years experience in electrical construction project management.
• Experience managing commercial electrical projects
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Journeyman or Master Electrician background

• PMP certification or similar
