Senior Estimator – Concrete Construction

We're looking for a Senior Estimator to join our growing Preconstruction team and play a key role in shaping our project pipeline, strengthening client relationships, and supporting strategic company growth. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy leading the estimating process from pursuit to proposal, this is an exciting opportunity to make a major impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead estimation efforts for concrete construction projects across various market segments.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost models, and competitive bids.
• Support business development efforts by maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
• Participate in proposal meetings and presentations, representing the Preconstruction team.
• Collaborate closely with the estimating team and contribute to workload management.
• Provide value engineering insights to optimize cost, constructability, and schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction estimating.
• Experience in mid-rise and diverse project types is highly preferred.
• Strong value engineering and cost analysis skills.
• Ability to lead portions of the estimating process with minimal oversight.
• Collaborative team mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Relevant education or technical certifications are a plus.

About the Role

During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:

• Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
• Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
• Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
• Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
• Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

Benefits of Working at Matrix

• Consistency – Although we conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm, our full-time (FT) providers typically work Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 5:30.
• Competitive Pay – Earn an annual base salary ranging from $95,500 - $158,400 based on market compensation analysis and experience.
• Incentive Program – Eligible for FT Clinician Incentive Plan in support of leaving no patient behind which includes monthly (uncapped) and year end (up to $25K) incentive opportunities. In 2025, the average payout from this plan was $1,500 per month and $7,500 at year end, totaling $25,500 annually. 
• Benefits – Mileage reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO accrual, 401(k), paid holidays, continuing education time/reimbursement, and employee referral bonuses.
• Education and Support – We invest in YOU! In addition to comprehensive onboarding training we will assign you a preceptor, provide 1:1 feedback, and offer free access to earn continuing education online.
• Additional Licensure – Should business need exist; we will support you in obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing in neighboring states – or others you may want to visit while completing health assessments.

Skills & Experience That Shine

• Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure
• Current NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty
• Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
• 1 year of NP experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply!
• Able to travel up to 15% of the time (including overnight travel) to additional locations as needed
• Valid state driver's license for the state of residence
• Automobile insurance coverage requiring for the state of residence (or ability to obtain)
  • Bodily Injury:  $100,000 per person/$300,000 per incident
  • Property Damage: $50,000
  • Collision and comprehensive deductibles:  $1,000 or less
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility – Visits are scheduled based on YOUR availability. We conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm. You can work during the day, evening, and/or weekend based on your schedule.
• Competitive Pay – Earn income based on the number of assessments you complete. Increase your earning potential by offering greater availability and traveling to see members outside your home location. Those completing a monthly average of 20 – 100 visits earn $1,800 – $11,500 per month. This is based on the per assessment completion rate range of $90 – $115 depending on your state of residence.  
• Benefits – Including mileage reimbursement, 401(k), employee referral bonuses, and limited voluntary benefits.
• Education and Support – We invest in YOU! In addition to comprehensive onboarding training we will assign you a preceptor, provide 1:1 feedback, and offer free access to earn continuing education.
• Additional Licensure – Should business need exist; we will support you in obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing in neighboring states – or others you may want to visit while completing health assessments.
• Full-time (FT) Opportunities – Our PRN providers can transition to FT roles supporting their home location, or a state or region – and receive a FT sign on bonus.

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
