- Radiology Bell Hospital Position Summary / Career Interest: The Director, Radiology Clinical Operations, provides leadership and direction to staff within assigned Radiology Departments to provide world class imaging services.

Champions quality / performance improvement efforts.

Sets priorities and oversees progress for department-specific PI initiatives based on current performance, regulatory requirements, and institutional.

Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory standards and requirements including Joint Commission, Dept of Health, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, and others.

Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing teams across operational areas.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
