This will be Employee only status in the beginning (partnership might be offered down the road)
Malpractice coverage is provided (claims made)
Call schedule is every 4th or 5th day depending on docs hired
New grads will start at 200K and experienced docs will earn more
This group is handling about 100-110 deliveries per month
This is mainly an obstetrical practice

Community Health Center is hiring Pediatricians in Miami, Florida
Miami location
Pediatricians must be be-lingual Spanish or Creole and of course English
This is a 70 million budgeted, federally qualified health center that is very established
Will be a salaried position with great benefits (see below)!
Looking for diligent workers
Contract is 45-60 hours per week ( but docs have been working an average of 8 hours per day since this Jan)
You will be extremely well staffed and supported; will have at least one scribe, and at least one MA, plus patient centered medical home coordinator and immunization nurse and referrals clerk, medication prior authorization person plus the usual staff in a busy practice!
You just need to see patients
(They have 1 ped who has 4 assistants who work with him)
You will share rounds, currently 1 week out of 4 for rounds and on a rounding day- leave office at 2pm ( newborn nursery rounds)
NO weekends
NO nights
NO call
Expectation is about 22 patients per day- 225 days per year-
Base will be 160k but if go above this # of patients very realistic can earn 200K plus!
5 weeks vacation ( plus get paid for vacation days you don't take)

internal medicine or family medicine. It is clinical, no surgeries. The candidate that we are looking for cannot just

have had experience in covering emergency room or urgent care since the scope of practice in a clinical office for

internal or family medicine is different.
Center Accommodations: Physicians have a Medical Assistant which prepares patients for him/her. There is also a Medical

Center Administrator and support staff.
