Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join the team as a Product Manager. Innovative products and services are at the foundation of our company; this position reports to the Head of Product Management and is responsible for supporting the development of a multi-year product strategy across Leviat NA lines of business. A key part of the role is the cross-functional partnership and alignment across Operations, R&D, Sales and Finance. As Product Manager, you will be a change agent, working to define category specific product roadmaps and launch strategies.

Job Location

This role is based out of our office in Riverview, FL - hybrid work schedule after 6 months onsite.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Tiltup Lifting & Insulating product line roadmap, establishing the value proposition for products and solutions across all markets.
• Lead new product development using Stage-Gate process
• Manage product line life-cycle management including SKU rationalization, complexity reduction, make vs buy analysis, inventory and pricing management supports
• Analyze and benchmark the product offering of key competitors for gaps or opportunities
• Work closely with the Commercial teams to collect and analyze key data about the marketplace including market size, competitive landscape, pricing and product gaps
• Identifying customer needs and represent the voice of the customer
• Lead annual product portfolio review
• Partner with key customers to develop customized solutions to drive innovative
• Support product training
• Support marketing content creation

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in business, marketing or engineering

**: As a Freight Handler at FedEx, you will be responsible for managing the movement of freight within the warehouse.

This includes loading and unloading trucks, organizing freight, and ensuring that shipments are processed correctly and on time.

You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure that all freight is handled safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience with freight handling, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to operate machinery such as forklifts, and a commitment to safety protocols.

• Organize incoming alloy by type keeping the area organized and clean.
  
• Will become forklift certified and will operate a hoist/ crane and a grinder.
  
• Will weld charge pieces together.
  
• Operating the following GSP Standards: XRS gun inspection and use, ingot chamfering on both ends, proper alloy consumption +/- 2 lbs, only one open crane in the area.
  
• Communicating alloy needs and with the ability to use the Mercury system.
  
• Cross-training and with other duties as needed by the supervisor.

Here’s the work you get to do:

Contracts Administration

• Draft, review, and process construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate contract logs, documentation, and tracking systems.
• Monitor key contract dates (e.g., expiration, renewal, deliverables, liquidated damages, and other milestones).
• Coordinate contract execution and distribution to internal teams and subcontractors.
• Assist with pre-qualification of subcontractors and vendors, collecting necessary compliance documentation and making sure they meet the minimum standards set forth by the company.

Insurance Compliance

• Track and verify subcontractor and vendor insurance certificates (COIs), endorsements, and waivers.
• Ensure all parties meet insurance requirements as specified in contracts and project specs.
• Maintain current insurance records and manage expiration tracking with automated alerts or calendars.
• Work with insurance brokers and subcontractors to resolve deficiencies or lapses in coverage.
• Support risk management efforts by reporting non-compliance and ensuring corrective actions are taken, working with the field as necessary.

Administrative Support

• Maintain organized electronic and physical files for contracts, insurance, and related documents.
• Support project teams with documentation requests, insurance questions, and contract coordination.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to contract status, insurance compliance, and risk exposure.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, paralegal studies, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction administration, contract management, or insurance compliance.
• Knowledge of construction contract types (e.g., residential building, AIA, lump sum, GMP, cost-plus).
• Familiarity with insurance requirements for construction projects (e.g., GL, WC, Auto, Umbrella).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

As the Home and Community Based Services Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be providing direct nursing care as prescribed by the physician to acutely ill, and/or chronically ill patients in their homes as well as recording clinical and progress notes; and coordinating other patient care activities/services to provide the highest quality of patient care in the geographic service area to which she/he is assigned. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
