Duties/Expectations: This list applies to the 3-month mark after hire. Amongst our six core values (teamwork, accountability, emotional intelligence, integrity, fun, customer service), you must achieve:

_ The minimum treatment visits per month (120 visits, ~30 per week, 5-6 patients per day)

_ Attend weekly meetings and complete treatment notes in timely fashion

Schedule: Jet Physio believes in a happy, well rested staff. Part of this is having flexibility in your schedule. We also believe that if you are getting the job done, you can be in charge of setting your schedule (what days you work, when you take your lunch, etc). We can adjust your schedule how you see fit, whether that is 4 long days or 5 shorter days, but the bottom line is that there must be a minimum of 36 slots available each week for treatment sessions. You must also be present for weekly staff meetings.

DAY TO DAY:

The Sr Manager Omnichannel Orchestrator plays a key role within our Omnichannel Strategy & Orchestration practice and is part of our Omnichannel delivery framework. You will work alongside other colleagues and client teams, representing marketing strategy, Campaign Operations, Data and Analytics, and Omnichannel SMEs.

This key role will work with healthcare clients to deliver omnichannel marketing programs to HCPs, patients, caregivers, pharmacists, and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. You would be managing client communication, working across cross-functional teams, providing strategic guidance and operational support, and helping design, and develop various Omnichannel campaigns and capabilities. You must be able to drive the digital operational change in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong project manager to pull through the tactics through to completion/deployment.

To succeed in this key Omnichannel Orchestration role, you must be a skilled tactical strategist, have the ability to drive operational excellence, and have exceptional client management skills. NTT Quality Tracker - attend monthly meetings to review and discuss items reflected on the tracker for BPI; work alongside NTT for issue resolution when necessary

Duplicate Invoice/Payment Report - review monthly findings provided by AP associate for any necessary AP action

Escalated Issues - teams first line of escalation for questions and or problems.

Metrics - review weekly data and perform data analysis for trends, unresolved holds, repeat offenders so as to provide necessary guidance on PO/invoice monitoring in hopes of increased PO requester/buyer involvement to reduce said holds.

Project Management/Involvement - get involved with and initiate projects alongside internal/external stakeholders to create better systems, efficiencies, processes.

Financial Disclosure Requests - review for accuracy prior to submitting to Regulatory team

What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits

Tweaking Cat Studios

Tweaking Cat Studios is an independent game studio developing our first title. The project is fully funded and currently in the prototype phase, with a planned launch in 2028. We are building a small, highly collaborative team focused on crafting a distinctive and cohesive player experience.

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to define, guide, and protect the artistic vision of the game from early prototype through production and launch.

We work out of an office in Sausalito and the team is almost entirely face-to-face.

Role Overview

The Art Director partners closely with Game Design and Engineering to establish and maintain the visual identity of the game. This role is responsible for defining the artistic direction, guiding production art pipelines, and ensuring visual consistency across all aspects of the game.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone comfortable working in a small studio environment where strategic direction and practical execution often go hand-in-hand.

• Work closely with Game Design to craft the artistic vision of the game
• Define and maintain the visual style, tone, and artistic direction

Our client, a global luxury brand, is looking for a Digital Production Designer to join their team on an ongoing (1 year+) contract, 40 hours per week, onsite 5 days a week in Corte Madera. The Digital Production Designer supports the design and PM teams by preparing, localizing, and optimizing digital creative for global markets. This seasoned production professional is a Figma expert who ensures flawless execution of templates, translations, and final production files across emails, landing pages, homepages, and other digital assets.

Digital Production Designer Responsibilities:
- Optimize designer-created files for go live and prepare annotated handoff files.
- Flow localized copy into templates; manage translated and blank template versions.
- Update images, text, and components within emails and web templates.

Upon completion of the Operations Supervisor Trainee Program, some of your daily responsibilities include:

• Supervise production team members (laborers and equipment operators) performing production operations.

What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in one of our San Francisco / Bay Area offices. During your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary for this role is $308,700 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
