Job Description:

Our Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing product installations throughout the Washington region, exceeding customer expectations while maximizing profitability. The Field Superintendent works with both in-house staff and subcontractors. The Field Superintendent ensures all quality and safety standards are met on each project, coordinates product and equipment availability with the customer and installation teams, resolves any bottlenecks, and escalates problems as necessary. The primary focus is on our larger projects, working directly with general contractors and customers, and being on-site frequently throughout the process. The Field Superintendent also works with sales personnel to provide technical expertise, and interfaces with the administrative support team to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Required Experience:
