In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.

Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. Your responsibilities will include working from blueprints and specifications to clean surfaces, apply sealants, and prepare fuel vents for leak tests. You will also perform necessary rework and apply corrosion preventative seals to maintain the integrity of fuel tank components. Position Responsibilities:

  • Work from blueprints, documents, standards, and other required specifications to complete assigned tasks.
  • Obtain daily work assignments from the team leader or supervisor and read Installation Plans and applicable drawings to determine work areas.
  • Select appropriate cleaning solvents and clean interior and exterior surfaces prior to sealing.
  • Load sealing guns and clean sealing equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Hand mix sealant as required and perform rework or pickups on assigned assemblies.
  • Assist with pressure testing operations as assigned.
  • Use specified agents and procedures for tasks such as removing protective coatings, applying corrosion inhibitors, and reactivating paint surfaces.
  • Ensure proper grounding of the aircraft prior to cleaning operations and set up ventilation equipment to supply fresh air in work areas.
  • Keep supervisors informed of progress and coordinate information with employees on other shifts.
  • Mask areas as required to facilitate corrosion removal or painting operations.
  • Prepare fuel vents for leak tests and restore them to normal after testing.
  • Apply corrosion preventative seal as required and measure, layout, and apply aerodynamic seals to skin gaps on leading and trailing edge panels.
  • Submit completed jobs or in-process checks to inspectors for acceptance or rejection.
  • Apply decals, metalcals, placards, and charts to specific locations on parts and assemblies as required.

Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:

  • Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.

As a Sealer for Aircraft Integral Fuel Tank Components, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the sealing and assembly processes. Your responsibilities will include working from blueprints and specifications to clean surfaces, apply sealants, and prepare fuel vents for leak tests. You will also perform necessary rework and apply corrosion preventative seals to maintain the integrity of fuel tank components. Position Responsibilities:

  • Work from blueprints, documents, standards, and other required specifications to complete assigned tasks.
  • Obtain daily work assignments from the team leader or supervisor and read Installation Plans and applicable drawings to determine work areas.
  • Select appropriate cleaning solvents and clean interior and exterior surfaces prior to sealing.
  • Load sealing guns and clean sealing equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Hand mix sealant as required and perform rework or pickups on assigned assemblies.
  • Assist with pressure testing operations as assigned.
  • Use specified agents and procedures for tasks such as removing protective coatings, applying corrosion inhibitors, and reactivating paint surfaces.
  • Ensure proper grounding of the aircraft prior to cleaning operations and set up ventilation equipment to supply fresh air in work areas.
  • Keep supervisors informed of progress and coordinate information with employees on other shifts.
  • Mask areas as required to facilitate corrosion removal or painting operations.
  • Prepare fuel vents for leak tests and restore them to normal after testing.
  • Apply corrosion preventative seal as required and measure, layout, and apply aerodynamic seals to skin gaps on leading and trailing edge panels.
  • Submit completed jobs or in-process checks to inspectors for acceptance or rejection.
  • Apply decals, metalcals, placards, and charts to specific locations on parts and assemblies as required.

Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:

  • Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
  • Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
  • Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
  • Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.

Job Description:

Our Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing product installations throughout the Washington region, exceeding customer expectations while maximizing profitability. The Field Superintendent works with both in-house staff and subcontractors. The Field Superintendent ensures all quality and safety standards are met on each project, coordinates product and equipment availability with the customer and installation teams, resolves any bottlenecks, and escalates problems as necessary. The primary focus is on our larger projects, working directly with general contractors and customers, and being on-site frequently throughout the process. The Field Superintendent also works with sales personnel to provide technical expertise, and interfaces with the administrative support team to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Required Experience:

Rite-Hitesells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will combine a 2-year degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or similar combination of experience and education. A degree in construction management and/or experience in managing commercial construction projects is preferred. In addition, you must possess excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, be an effective multi-tasker and project manager,have a good mechanical aptitude, and be committed to a culture of safety and quality. Due to the size of the area covered, must be available for occasional (10-20%) overnight travel.

The hiring range for this position in USA-WA-Seattle is $83,200.00-$124,950.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Lifeguard 1: $22.00 per hour

Lifeguard 2: $25.00 per hour

Lifeguard 3: $29.00 per hour

Lifeguard 4: $31.00 per hour


Placement is dependent on years of experience and qualifications.

SUPERVISION:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Monitor water conditions and patrons to ensure safety.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies and alert staff as needed.
  • Demonstrate a functional knowledge of and enforce all facility rules and regulations with professionalism and consistency.
  • Maintain reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Ensure all assigned equipment is properly maintained.
  • Conduct facility safety checks throughout shift.
  • Foster teamwork and positive interactions with patrons and staff.
  • Follow all instructions, processes, and procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Participate in in-service training and maintain strong lifeguarding skills.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Optionally provide swim lessons and assist in staff training.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Lifeguard 1:
  • Must be at least 15 years of age.
  • Must have and maintain current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
  • Successfully complete required swim test.
  • Successfully pass a required background check.

Lifeguard 2:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must have previous lifeguard experience. Must have and maintain current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
  • Successfully complete required swim test.
  • Successfully pass a required background check.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and proficiency in lifeguarding and facility operations during training and on duty.

Lifeguard 3:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have at least 2 years of lifeguarding experience.
  • Must have and maintain current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
  • Successfully complete required swim test.
  • Successfully pass a required background check.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and proficiency in lifeguarding and facility operations during training and on duty.
  • Assist the Recreation Coordinator with facility operations, programming, and other responsibilities.
  • Assist in training and development of team members as appropriate.
  • May instruct swim lessons.

Lifeguard 4:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have at least 2 years of lifeguarding experience.
  • Must have and maintain current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
  • Successfully complete required swim test.
  • Successfully pass a required background check.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and proficiency in lifeguarding and facility operations during training and on duty.
  • Ability to assist coordinator in solving a variety of problems as needed.
  • Provide high-level of support to the Recreation Coordinator.
  • Assist in training and development of team members as appropriate.
  • May operate as a site lead.
  • Duties may include the following:
  • Swim lessons, In-services, Programs/events coordination.

Applicants must currently have the following, or successfully pass training provided by the City of Renton prior to employment:

  • American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Successfully complete required swim test.
  • Successfully pass a required background check.
