PTO and Holidays Overtime Available Job Details In this role, you will be responsible for operating multiple presses and RFID affixing equipment to produce labels for a variety of markets, with a focus on the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and run high-quality printing jobs on presses that use multiple colors.
Identify and appropriately segregate defective products.
Adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform routine maintenance on the presses to ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot job-related issues and minor machine malfunctions.
Comprehend and implement Nosco’s quality standards and expectations.
Success Factors: 3-5 years of experience in the label printing industry.
Proficiency in using a PC and machine interface to gather and input job-related data in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.
Willingness to work overtime, including some weekends, to meet both internal and customer deadlines.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
The role also requires extended periods of computer work, manual dexterity, and the ability to concentrate for long periods.
Good hearing, vision, and communication skills are essential.
