Executive Chef
Lefty’s Alley & Eats is unique destination in Delaware, bringing people together through interactive entertainment and unexpectedly high-quality food and beverages. We will be opening our new location at the Grove in Newark, DE in June 2026. We are currently in search of an Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations within our 55,000 square foot venue. This position will begin approximately April 13, 2026
Position Summary
The Executive Chef serves as the culinary leader and figurehead of the kitchen and food & beverage operations at Lefty’s Alley & Eats. This role is responsible for upholding and advancing the company’s culinary standards while leading, training, and inspiring a high-performing kitchen team.
The Executive Chef oversees all kitchen operations, including food purchasing, preparation, quality control, sanitation, cost management, staff development, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This position plays a key leadership role in fostering a positive, professional culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, confidence, and morale.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all food is consistently prepared and presented in accordance with established recipes, portioning, cooking, and plating standards.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, energy management, and preventive maintenance standards.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures related to food quality, cost control, and revenue management.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen staff management, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluation, discipline, and termination as needed.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new kitchen team members, ensuring understanding of company policies and departmental procedures.
- Develop seasonal and calendar-driven menus that provide a fresh and engaging culinary experience throughout the year.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to labor, food safety, sanitation, and alcoholic beverages.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for the food and beverage departments.
- Manage purchasing, receiving, and storage of all food and supplies to ensure proper quality, quantity, and cost control.
- Evaluate and introduce new culinary techniques and presentations to enhance guest satisfaction while managing food costs.
- Collaborate daily with the General Manager to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction at optimal cost.
- Address guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, recommending or implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of all kitchen equipment and food & beverage facilities.
- Enforce employee appearance and dress code standards.
- Review and approve product invoices and submit them to accounting in a timely manner.
- Oversee physical inventory counts and provide accurate reporting to the accounting department.
- Partner with other managers to ensure proper reconciliation of point-of-sale systems and revenues.
- Audit and approve weekly payroll.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special menus, promotions, and food & beverage offerings.
- Work closely with group sales and event managers to ensure exceptional execution and client satisfaction for events and parties.
Daily Operational Duties
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
- Ensure consistent station set-up and readiness for each service.
- Partner with management to promote upselling of new menu items and specials.
- Manage staff scheduling and timekeeping.
- Report on maintenance and equipment needs to the General Manager.
- Support operations during high-volume or emergency situations as needed.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and compliance across all food and beverage storage areas.
Qualifications & Skills
The Executive Chef must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, a strong sense of hospitality, and effective leadership skills. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities, along with experience coordinating special events from both back-of-house and front-of-house perspectives.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and executing special event culinary stations, developing new concepts, contributing to menu innovation, and assisting with event layouts and flow.

This is a temp to hire position with a varying schedule of 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday, however, required to work two nights a week from 12pm to 9pm with rotating Saturdays 8AM-12PM.
This position offers $16/hr.
Essential Duties:
- Achieve department standards, goals, and work minimum accounts per hour as set by management through continuous efforts to contact clients and collect on debtor accounts while performing all phases of skip tracing work
- Follow up on all accounts/payment arrangements until paid, settled, cured from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible by management
- Keep accurate records and documentation of activity on accounts worked through policies and procedures as set forth by the company
- Adhere to and abide by all regulations as set forth by the FDCPA
- Any other duties as assigned by General Manager or Section Manager
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be available to attend and complete entire training program
- Required to work 2 nights per week until 9pm

ChristianaCare is recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician to work full time, day/evening shift rotation. Every other weekend required; holidays as required.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the pharmacist in providing timely, efficient, cost effective, and appropriate pharmaceutical care to the patient
- Refill patient medication bins through robot cart fill and manual picks; update carts by including new orders, removing discontinued medications, and transferring medications. Update labeling of bins on admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
- Deliver and exchange 24-hour cart fill to nursing units at scheduled times. Check medication storage areas for discontinued and discharged patient medications; ensure that returned medications are placed back into stock
- Reorder medications in short supply and restock the picking station and other areas of the pharmacy
- Send prepared medications via pneumatic tube system. Any medication that cannot be tubed is delivered to the appropriate location on the nursing unit
- Manage automated dispensing cabinet inventory, including accurate selection and loading of medications
- Ensure that medications are stored properly and that only in date medications are stored. Remove discontinued medication
- Receive and check incoming supplier order(s)
- Prepare IV medications using aseptic techniques and in following processes in full compliance with USP 795, 797, and 800 federal regulations
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and closed system transfer devices (as needed) for the preparation of chemotherapy and other hazardous medications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification required unless enrolled in a PharmD program.
- Applicants with Pharmacy Technician experience are encouraged to apply and will be required to obtain PTCB certification within 1 year of employment.

We seek to enhance our Controls and Data Integrity team with a role specializing in data quality for interest rate, currency, and commodity transactions. The role is part of our global central operations group charged with ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Chatham's transaction, market, and valuation data.
In this role you will:
The purpose of the role is to ensure all transaction details are in Chatham's systems accurately and as agreed upon at execution. Data entry errors can have significant consequences to the economics of the transaction or to their accounting treatment, and it is therefore critical that team members understand transaction-related market conventions, payments, and valuations. This role will provide support for transactions executed by Chatham's real estate, private equity, corporate, and financial institutions sectors. We expect primary responsibilities to include:
- Transaction and data review
- Work as part of the larger team to check the data entry on transactions as they are executed
- Verify calculation amounts and build payment schedules
- Develop an understanding of the underlying transactions in order to identify loading errors
- Check daily control reports to monitor unusual movements in transaction valuations and market data
- Assist with data clean-up related transaction data and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Communicate and coordinate across other internal teams and with clients
- Interact with sector team members to verify/clarify data, as needed
- Work with internal models, analytics, and technology teams to resolve issues
- Play an active role in liaising between the business and technical teams
- Check and send out monthly valuation reports to clients
- Develop and share subject matter expertise
- Take part in the training of new Chatham employees on sector teams
- Serve as an integral member of ad hoc project teams to improve processes, solve problems, and provide insight from a data quality perspective
- Develop SQL skills and help create database queries
- The role may also include opportunities to contribute to the team in other capacities as interests and team needs align.
Your impact:
Our team works in partnership with Chatham's sector advisory teams and clients to help them efficiently navigate the data quality, operational, and regulatory compliance aspects of a transaction. We strive to continually improve the workflows we are responsible for and have the chance to do so by implementing process changes and/or leveraging supporting technology. Team members play a crucial role in these process improvements and serve as subject matter experts, providing regular training and resources for all Chatham teams.
Contributors to your success:
- 2 years of experience working in operations or data quality may be beneficial but is not required
- An interest in data quality, data management, and process improvement
- Comfort with basic math skills and use of Microsoft Excel
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Ability to multitask and independently prioritize workload
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work extra/non-standard hours around month- and quarter-ends (and other special cases) to support critical business processes
- Experience with VBA and SQL are beneficial, but not necessary
