Assignment Overview

• Surgical pathology case sign-out ( 30 cases/day, high complexity)
• Frozen section analysis Required
• Rapid onsite evaluations for cytology Required
• Cytopathology case sign-out (if applicable; expertise welcome)
• Case mix: 60,000 surgical pathology & 10,000 cytopathology cases annually
• Call: Nights & weekends (rotating)
• EMR: Epic (hospital & clinic)

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology Required
• Cytopathology fellowship/expertise Preferred
• Ability to manage complex case volume in a high-acuity setting

Team & Support

• Group of 13 full-time MD Pathologists
• Additional lab support staff in place
• No APP supervision required

Fleet Operations Supervisor - Avenel, NJ

Supervises the activities of the fleet required for the operations of an organization. Assigns, schedules, and coordinates activities of personnel and vendors. Keeps records of work in process and completed works along with employee time and materials. Issues purchase requisitions for materials and parts necessary to perform work. Reviews department operations and recommends changes for improvement to manager.

Shift:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00am start until finished
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Travel: This position will be based in Avenel and requires about 50% travel between multiple facilities/locations including Avenel, Lehigh Valley, Harrisburg, Melville, Maspeth, Elmsford and greater surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Implementing an asset management strategy for the addition, replacement and disposal of assets
• Assist in planning and executing financial budgets
• Ensure maintenance shops are adequately staffed/scheduled and technicians are properly trained
• Manage the daily shop activity focusing on labor, fleet purchases, inventories and Fleet vendors
• Develop business plans to improve shop performance
• Ensure safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements
• Implement cost reduction, customer and employee initiatives that drive value and support key company goals and strategic objectives
• Execute region and corporate strategies and policies
• Conduct fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met
• Responsible for all fleet related DOT, OSHA, EPA and KDP regulations
• Maintain clean and safe work environments
• Manage leasing & rental company fleet and all outside maintenance vendors - monitor repairs and cost
• Preventive maintenance program compliance
• Build a strong working relationship with all business units leadership teams
• Provide data for national performance scorecard
• Develop an internal and external communication channel to keep abreast of trucking industry changes
• Flexible to work off shifts and weekends
• Work in the shops alongside technicians to help with general maintenance of equipment

• $55,700 - $88,000 / year
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

You will actively and enthusiastically disseminate campus rules and regulations to all residents, as well as completing regular inventories, cleaning, and audits on campus. Serve as a liaison between associates and management team.· Actively assist employees, answer questions and resolve concerns.· Provide administrative support for all departments.· Follow proper procedures when clocking associates in or out and verify any discrepancies in departmental time sheets.· Be familiar with and enforce all associate policies and grooming guidelines.· Record, document and communicate associate lateness, call outs and no call no shows.· Assist the international supervisor with tasks as assigned, including but not limited to: check in/outs, cleaning of units, collecting mail, reporting of housing work orders, execution of housing events. · Understand all Federal, State and Company Labor Laws ensuring that we are in full compliance.· Preserve the confidentiality of all park personnel's information. · Respond to any emergency situations and handle issues that arise.· Maintain an organized and tidy work environment.· Reviewing resumes and applications for all seasonal positions.· Conducting in-person, and video interviews for all seasonal positions.· Ensuring all forms, both electronic and physical, are filled out appropriately and correctly.· Schedule associate for training.· Maintain and continually update organized filing and reporting systems.· Assist in execution of employee events.

Must possess above average communication skills.· Must possess advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, OneNote, Publisher, Outlook.· Must be comfortable enforcing policy and having counseling sessions with employees.· Must be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines and make effective decisions.· Must be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative.· Must be highly organized.· Must be outgoing, upbeat and friendly.· Must have strong leadership and developmental skills.· Knowledge of the park or previous theme park experience is a plus.Additional Job Requirements:· At least 18 years of age.· Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.· Must be able to pass a background check and Loss Prevention interview.· Must be able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a times and as many as 14 hours a day.· Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs consistently and over various surfaces in all types of weather conditions.
