The BCM Manager partners with business leaders, IT, oversight cohorts, and executive stakeholders to safeguard critical operations and minimize business impact.

Essential Position Accountabilities (70%)

1. Lead the development and execution of the enterprise BCM program strategic framework and roadmap.

2. Serve as Disaster Recovery Coordinator in actual emergency or disaster events, providing leadership during and post disruptions, facilitating crisis management activities, and conducting after-action reviews.

3. Chair or support business continuity steering committees and executive-level governance forums.

4. Establish and maintain BCM policies, procedures, and governance oversight practices to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and internal risk management expectations.

5. * Lobbies Clean carpets, stairs ways and maintain floor surfaces, walls, doors and windows(vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, buffing, polishing, shampooing)
* Restroom Locations (Guest and Cast) -Completely clean, dry and disinfect all restroom fixtures and hard surfaces, including floors and fixtures
* Back of House Locations - Clean and maintain off-stage support areas (offices, break rooms, restrooms, locker rooms)
* Area Wash down and Cleaning- Rinse/wash down all exterior Resort common walkways/hardscape areas and dry all exterior walkways and hardscape areas
* Carpet Care - clean carpets using heavy duty cleaning equipment (shampooers, extractors)
* Spa/Salon and Fitness Lobby/Treatment Rooms/Locker Rooms/Relaxation Lounges Clean and maintain floor surfaces (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, buffing, polishing, shampooing)

* Requires working with other departments to complete activities in a safe manner

Basic Qualifications :

* Must use Personal Protective Equipment (boots, gloves, goggles), hand tools (mops, brooms), power equipment/tools
* Will be working outdoors for extended periods of time
* Work with approved chemicals and cleaning supplies
* Positive (able to remain positive regardless of current task)
* Proactive (immediately communicates concerns and reacts to situations)
* Understands importance of Safety in all aspects of work performance and personal accountability for safe behaviors
* Receptive to special requests
* Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping environment
* Previous experience cleaning- office buildings, hospitals, restaurants, etc.
* 3rd Shift, or Graveyard experience

Bell person will assist with transporting all luggage to and from guest rooms. During 3rd shift, Cast Member may be required to perform job functions for both roles. Bell and Valet cast members will assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, including, but not limited to shuttles, busses and other transportation, and driving all types of guest vehicles.

Responsibilities :
Bell Services

* Transport guest luggage including but not limited to Rooms/Vehicles/Storage.
* Care and Storage of guest property
* Delivering items to guest rooms, including newspapers, express check-outs, including but not limited to guest deliveries (i.e. flowers, packages/boxes)
* Excellent communication skills and high guest service expectations
* Greet Guests with positive, friendly and helpful attitude
* Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel/resort or surrounding areas
* Works indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather including extreme temperatures and high humidity

Basic Qualifications :

* Valid Hawaii drivers license and clean driving record (no tickets/accidents/ moving violations in the past 12 months)
* Ability to drive manual/automatic transmission
* May be required to work Graveyard shifts if needed
* Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment preferred
* Previous experience working in a parking facility with type service (airports, business office building, private parking structures
