Transportation Coordinators are responsible for communicating route information to their drivers and ensuring they have the resources necessary to succeed at their tours of duty. Their main duties include logging each call, providing answers to questions by retrieving information from the necessary departments and supervising the field units' routes to prioritize and organize their schedules. Pay is $23.00-$24.04/hour depending on experience. Monday - Friday day schedule we need you available from 5:30AM-5:30PM, this will be a 40 hour work week.
Responsibility Profile:
- Maintain detailed and organized records to accurately perform monthly billing count
- Develop and maintain a professional rapport with all of our customers which includes but not limited to; programs, guardians, special needs clients of all ages and customer contacts from the organizations with whom we contract.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with those you supervise; understand and address the challenges they face.
- Spend sufficient time behind the wheel to know the routes, the clients, the drivers, and the programs and facilities; observe and supervise drivers in action, provide emergency back-up for absent drivers.

- Maintain and reinforce compliance with Company policies through dispatch and direct observation; develop driver skills through discussion and example.
- Must be able to receive, record, retrieve and deliver messages accurately, clearly and pleasantly; routinely solve operational problems, while maintaining cordial, professional relations with guardians, clients, program staff, customer staff, and all Company employee.
- Responsible for developing and implementing efficient routes across several regions with regard to individual client needs. Assign driver assignments that reflect knowledge and good judgment regarding employee skills and performance.

- Must have prior supervising experience.

The Role:
- The Sanitation Utility will follow the Ardent Mills core values of Trust, Serving, Simplicity and Safety
- The Sanitation Utility is responsible for general sanitation duties including the disassembly, cleaning/sanitation and reassembly of processing equipment

Competitive Compensation:
We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $15.70 - $20.91, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - OIP, 5% Annual.
