The Position

- The Vice President (VP) of Innovation, Data, & Technology will be responsible for providing executive leadership for enterprise-wide innovation, data, AI, and technology strategy, ensuring alignment with Life Unlimited' s mission, growth objectives, and long-term sustainability.
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the VP will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, guiding responsible adoption of emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead the design and execution of a modern data and analytics ecosystem, including data governance, advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting to drive real-time, data-informed decision-making.
- This leader will strive to champion AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation that improve service delivery, workforce effectiveness, compliance, and financial performance.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and regulatory compliance, and embedding security and trust into all technology and AI initiatives.
- Build and develop high-performing technology, data, analytics, and innovation teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage technology investments, budgets, vendors, and strategic partners, ensuring measurable outcomes, scalability, and strong return on mission.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, and/or other related fields are required; master's degree is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of five years of leadership experience within a related setting is required.

We are seeking a Day Treatment School Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. Your role will promote the physical and emotional well-being of students by addressing health needs that impact learning and behavior. The nurse provides a safe, therapeutic environment through medication management and collaboration with education and clinical team members. As a member of the Education team, you will work with other team members and report to our Director of Student Services.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • Respond to an injury or illness of a client as needed.
  • Assess and monitor students' physical and behavioral health.
  • Administer prescribed medications and necessary medical procedures, including for students with special healthcare needs.
  • Promote health education to students, families, and team members, as needed.
  • Stock medication carts, first aid kit, manage supplies including maintaining inventory of medical supplies.
  • Maintain signed health forms of each youth.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

We are seeking a Manager of Kinship Family Advocate to join our team.



Starting Salary: $ 56,000 Annually

This role is responsible for the supervision of the Kinship Family Advocates. The Manager of Kinship Family Advocates ensures service compliance with contract/licensing/funding body/accreditation requirements. WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • Supervise a team of Kinship Family Advocates.

We are seeking a FORGE Fatherhood Facilitator to join our team.

Contingent Upon Funding- External Research Project. Employment is contingent upon its continued grant support.



We are seeking a FORGE Fatherhood Facilitator to join our team. The University of Kansas School of Social Welfare (KUSSW) and its partner, Cornerstones of Care, will develop and deliver the project, Family Opportunity, Resilience, Grit, Engagement - Fatherhood (Kansas FORGE Fatherhood). Kansas FORGE Fatherhood will serve fathers and father-figures raising a child by improving outcomes in healthy relationships, parenting practices, economic stability, and receive support in accessing community resources to long-term success.



The FORGE Fatherhood Facilitator works under the direction of the Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project and is responsible for delivering the proposed program model, which includes the evidence-based Strengthening Father Involvement (SFI) curriculum, the evidence-informed financial program Money Habitudes (MH), and individualizing training based on participant's goals and needs as identified in case management.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • Support recruitment efforts by assisting the Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project with outreach, referrals, and participant engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, creating a supportive, culturally responsive, and flexible learning environment for fathers
  • Ensure program implementation supports methods for fathers to work collaboratively with spouses or co-parents.
  • Apply evidencebased strategies to effectively engage fathers and increase program completion and retention.
  • Monitor participant progress, document required information, and ensure all forms and processes are completed accurately and on time.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:



Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of child and families services experience and the following:




  • Bachelor's degree in social work or other human service-related field.



  • Master's degree in social work or other human service-related field and 2-5 years of work experience in child and family services. Licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas (LBSW, LMSW, LSCSW, Professional Counselor, LMFT, and/or Alcohol and Drug Counselor) preferred.

We are seeking a FORGE Case Manager to join our team. The University of Kansas School of Social Welfare (KUSSW) and its partner, Cornerstones of Care, will develop and deliver the project, Family Opportunity, Resilience, Grit, Engagement - Fatherhood (Kansas FORGE Fatherhood). Kansas FORGE Fatherhood will serve fathers and father-figures raising a child by improving outcomes in healthy relationships, parenting practices, economic stability, and receive support in accessing community resources to long-term success.



The FORGE Case Manager works under the direction of the Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project and is responsible for delivering the proposed program model, which includes supporting the evidence-based Strengthening Father Involvement (SFI) curriculum, the evidence-informed financial program Money Habitudes (MH), and identifying individualized service plans for participants. The Case Manager works closely with the participants to ensure participants build relationship skills, gain positive parenting abilities, and move towards economic stability.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • Ensure program implementation supports methods for fathers to work collaboratively with spouses or co-parents.
  • Manage a case load of father participants, developing individualized plans to assist them in obtaining healthy relationships, positive parenting skills, and economic stability.
  • Administer assessments to identify service supports to connect participants to resources.
  • Connect fathers with community resources to assist them in meeting personalized goals.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:



Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of child and families services experience and the following:




  • Bachelor's degree in social work or other human service-related field.



  • Master's degree in social work or other human service-related field and 2-5 years of work experience in child and family services.
