Northeast Digestive is offering an exceptional full-time opportunity for BC/BE gastroenterologist to join a well-established private gastroenterology group currently comprised of 12 physicians and 9 physician assistants. The practice has 3 office locations. Two in Concord, NC both with clinic and endoscopy areas, operating 3 fully owned and accredited Endoscopy rooms. Our third location is in Salisbury, NC with clinic and joint venture Endoscopy center with 2 accredited Endoscopy rooms. The group has a hospitalist style call coverage schedule consisting of 1 week of call coverage every 11 weeks supported with 1 Physician Assistant at a nearby 454-bed tertiary care hospital.

The practice has a progressive clinical and management philosophy and offers a full complement of GI services including, capsule imaging, infusion, and pathology. The practice is fully computerized having implemented an EMR system 15 years ago.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist
• Education Required- Doctorate Medicine
• Licensure/Certification Requirements - Licensed Medical Physician

Hours of Work:

Varies, Typically Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-2:00pm

Call Requirements:

PM Call – 1 night a week

Call Week – once every 11th week

• Located 30 minutes from Uptown Charlotte
• Conveniently located close to Lake Norman just outside of Charlotte, beaches on the east coast and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains to the west

The Sales Enablement consultant supports the success of Lowe’s Pro B2B Sales organization by developing and executing enablement programs, communications, and operational initiatives that improve sales effectiveness.

This role acts as a key liaison between sales leadership, communications, operations, and training teams to ensure the Pro sales organization has the tools, messaging, and resources needed to drive performance. The role partners closely with senior leadership to manage initiatives, implement new processes, and deliver enablement programs that support field sales teams.

What You Will Do

Sales Enablement & Training

• Develop and implement training resources that support the onboarding and development of Pro Outside Sales Associates

• Identify skill gaps within the sales organization and recommend targeted training solutions

Program & Project Management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

The successful candidate will have the following Key Accountabilities:

• Identify emerging trends, unmet market needs, and novel opportunities where minerals can create new performance or cost advantages

• Experience in resin systems and formulations with pigments, fillers, curing agents, activators
• Experience in various paint and coating systems, including architectural interior, exterior coatings, industrial coatings, and specialty applications such as solar reflection coatings.
• Laboratory experience with chemicals, MSDS, ventilation and safety training
• Hands-on ability to execute analytical / laboratory procedures and maintain applicable equipment / systems
• Deep knowledge of coating formulations with a structured methodology for building, optimizing, and testing coating formulations is preferred
• Experience with Critical to Quality (CTQ) process is preferred

Summary of Essential Job Functions:
