The Janitorial Manager is responsible for the supervision, inspection, and control of all custodial and related services associated within assigned contract. Specific responsibilities for the custodial manager will be determined by client expectations and at the discretion of the Director of Operations.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Properly allocate work responsibilities among subordinates. Supervises and coordinates the work activities of assigned areas (includes common areas, Service hallways, Food court, etc.) Knowledge of contract requirements and creation of schedules to maintain properly skilled staffing levels to satisfy those schedules.
