Looking for motivated candidates that are comfortable making outbound calls for both sourced resumes and job applicants. A lot of moving parts with administrative HR tasks, setting up interviews, sourcing and recruiting candidates through various platforms, making job offers and other related job duties.

M-F 8AM-5PM.

MUST have strong attention to detail and be computer savvy, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook programs.

This is NOT a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

• Trains and supports project teams in all project accounting procedures

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. The salary ranges from $84,800.00-$149,200.00 plus benefits and retirement program dependent on location.

Position Purpose:

The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. The Asset Protection Specialist must report any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to themselves, other associates, vendors, customers, and the Company. The Full-Time Front-End Lead Clerk is accountable to the Front-End Manager and manages the performance of all aspects of Front-End Operations, including cash management, bookkeeping, front-end service, and payroll. Manage recruiting functions and coordinates all orientations and Team Member training. Coordinates community and store event programs throughout the store.
