Inspects product incoming from suppliers, in-process, or final inspection for conformity to ensure the quality and integrity of the material and assemblies are produced to meet drawing specifications, tolerances, corporate procedures and customer requirements.

Essential Responsibilities: o May coordinate and manage shipment of final product
- being shipped out from the plant.
o Prepare to inspect by interpreting blueprints, data, and manuals to determine specifications, inspections and testing procedures.
o Review paperwork to ensure completion and accuracy of all documents including routers, flow card, First Articles, etc.
o Inspect product to verify conformance to specification of the parts by measuring dimensions using instruments such as gages, calipers, comparators micrometers, etc.
o Work with Quality Engineers to approve source files and ensure that they are current as well as, assist in identifying required changes and updates, Assist Quality Engineers in training of additional source inspectors.
Assist quality Engineers in conducting customer FAIR's in addition to assisting with corrective actions.
o Oversee customer requirements audit system.
o Develop and conduct IOS book and gage kit audits.
o Coordinate and conduct training on gage use, gage calibrations and gage system software.
o Assist in the training of new inspectors by coordination and conducting training of inspections on IOS book requirements, gage kit development, and annual gage reviews.
o Works under direct supervision.
Normally follows established procedures on routine work.
Requires instructions on new assignments.
o Applies basic job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
o Tasks are semi-routine in nature, but recognizes the need for some judgment o Perform visual inspection on parts utilizing IOS books and PowerPoint slides (Source files) associated with the part to ensure produce conformance.
o Support and follow all rules/guidelines/standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as set by your leader and position.
o Over 40 hours per week as scheduled to meet business needs.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Research & Resolution Consultant. As a Research & Resolution Consultant you’ll be responsible for managing a workload of different cases that will require research and problem solving to determine if the client was harmed by the error and what course of action can be taken to make the client whole. We support many organizations across the firm as well as other areas in MassMutual that will require effective communication as some cases will involve upper level management both at the Home Office as well as in the field. This is a fast-paced environment as we deal with time sensitive issues that require immediate attention.

The Impact
As a Research & Resolution Consultant, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Performing research and analysis to support business operations and present finding to managers
- Develop solutions through root-cause analysis of complex issues and escalations related to Broker/Dealer business
- Identify opportunity to enhance and update workflows, procedures, and policies and determine best practices with some direction
- Make level appropriate decisions while weighing business risk and customer service, and document justification of exception processing
- Utilize problem solving toolkit to identify trending and demonstrate the ability to provide countermeasures to enhance the client experience and integrate the ease of doing business philosophy into operations
- Analyze trading activity of registered representatives through research and execution of trades to correct errors made by registered representatives and internal business partners
- Work with legal and compliance, peers, management to carryout processing of legal orders and regulatory requests, and Customer Relations requests on customer complaints
The Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ year MMLIS experience and / or 5+ years' financial services experience
- Series 7 & 24 required at time of application
- 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of MassMutual office will be expected to work a Hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in the office

The clinical pharmacist is an operation based role that conducts clinical reviews of medical data collected to perform prior authorization for specialty medications.
The clinical pharmacist will apply clinical knowledge to plan approved criteria for prospective and concurrent reviews of cases.
This role will work from supported systems and take inbound calls from physician or members regarding their pending approved or denied prior authorizations.
Responsibilities 1.
Collaborates with the CRU Technician to process referrals including answering clinical questions collecting appropriate clinical/ medical data needed to perform clinical assessments and reviews as per the healthplan/employer agreed criteria within the designated service level agreements.

Coordinates timely communication of case decision to physician health-plan/employer patient and other healthcare professionals following agreed upon approval denial management processes.

Handles inbound phone calls and escalations from physicians or patients regarding Prior Authorization 50 4.
Establishes and maintains communication among health plan and employer group staff.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge of drug and disease-states for the Specialty Pharmacy programs administered within the Case Review Unit.

Performs other related projects and duties as assigned including on call and after hours pharmacist availability could be required.
