The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
The PSR II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
The PSR II will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information.

This Account Manager role is a key, customer-facing position within a highly experienced operations team, supporting one of the organization’s largest and most strategic customers. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning customer relationships while staying closely involved in order execution, coordination, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
- Manage customer orders end-to-end, from intake through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to documented processes
- Partner with customers to understand usage trends, demand forecasts, and ordering needs, using historical data to provide guidance
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to purchase, ship, store, and deliver materials per customer specifications
- Monitor inventory and safety stock levels, proactively working with Purchasing to support replenishment and planning
- Support pricing updates, material quotes, and customer/product master data maintenance
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure seamless communication and execution
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within supply chain, logistics, operations, or account support
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong follow-through
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; comfortable working across multiple systems
