JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Interventional Radiology Technologist is one who is working in an advanced modality. They are responsible for imaging and post processing of imaging for interventional radiology procedures. They circulate during procedures; scrub if needed and possess in depth knowledge of IR inventory and equipment.
CALL:
- One weekend (Friday evening-Monday morning) and 4 weekdays (Monday-Thursday) every 12 weeks. Set call schedule.
HOURS:
- Monday through Friday, 9AM-5:30PM.
EDUCATION:
Graduate from an accredited program of Radiologic Technology. ARRT is required. Must be licensed in the State of Vermont. Individual must accumulate 200 exams as outlined by the ARRT and become licensed in the modality by passing the Vascular-Interventional (VI) Radiography certification exam within 24 months of hire. This position requires verification of your college transcript.
EXPERIENCE:
One year of clinical experience preferred.

Job Description:
An MRI Tech I is responsible for performing complex MRI exams on varying strength magnets using powerful magnetic fields combined with radiofrequency waves. The MRI Technologist must adapt to changes in technology, new imaging techniques, safe and effective imaging practices for patients with and without medical implants. These implants include pacemakers, nerve stimulation devices and electronic pumps that can cause severe injury and or death within the MRI environment. This position requires independent judgement, a comprehensive knowledge of MRI physics, biological effects to human tissue, medical implants and the ability to enforce MRI safety. The candidate must possess inherent compassion for patients with claustrophobia and provide mechanisms to assist the patient in overcoming their discomfort. Education:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Mammography Technologist demonstrates progressive knowledge and sense of responsibility in the daily operations of the mammography area. They must have enough credits in digital mammography to perform exams on all equipment and be proficient in routine and diagnostic mammography exams. All technologists must perform weekly quality control on the mammography machines as required by the FDA and ACR. The Mammography Technologist may need to perform other radiographic procedures according to established practices and under the direction of a Radiologist, Supervisor and Chief Technologist. They need to pass a mammography competency before performing mammography exams and take the ARRT mammography boards within one year of starting in mammography. They need to assist in training other personnel and students as needed. The technologist may be required to work weekends, holidays, and on call duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology approved by CAHEA/JERCT. ARRT certified and is Licensed or License eligible with the State of Vermont.

Position Purpose:
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT), within the Ohio Scope of Practice, provides therapeutic procedures and diagnostic testing to chronically and acutely ill patients requiring respiratory procedures.

Experience: Clinical experience in adult and neonatal respiratory therapy procedures such as aerosolized delivery of medication, mechanical ventilation, assisting with intubations and extubations, pulmonary function studies, emergency care, and obtaining and interpreting arterial blood gases.
Maintain current BLS certification.
