About the Role


The Analyst will partner closely with senior leadership across all aspects of the Company’s self-storage investment platform. Responsibilities


  • Underwrite and evaluate potential investment opportunities
  • Thoughtfully and diligently analyze investment findings

Pay range and compensation package

In addition to the base salary, employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental and vision insurance, and access to pretax benefit accounts, including FSA, HSA, and Commuter accounts. Compensation & Benefits
