Our Jackson Plant will be a 24/7 operations. This includes weekends, holidays, and overtime hours. Individuals need to have the ability to work all shifts to support ongoing activities and ensure efficient operations.

Work Hours: The department operates around the clock. After 68 weeks of training on the day shift, employees could be placed on a permanent day shift (5:30 AM6:00 PM) or night shift (5:30 PM6:00 AM) following a rotating 3?2?2, 12?hour schedule.

What You Will Do

• Operate/maintain equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Monitor and/or complete data entry into technology devices, i.e.; computer, tablet, etc.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
• Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
• Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment
• Flow to the highest value work which may include working across Printing, Packaging, Logistics, and Plate Forming Press technology centers
• Support leadership and team members in ways that are consistent with our culture of Principle Based Management; Our Culture ( )

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year experience operating equipment in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, and/or military environment, or completion of post high school education in manufacturing/industrial centered program
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience with the safe operation of hand and power tools
• Experience using a computer and tablet/smartphone

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience leading activities in a manufacturing environment
• Three (3) or more years of experience using computerized machinery in a production environment
• Experience reading and following electrical and maintenance schematic/blueprints
• Experience with advanced asset care including troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Outlook

Directs and coordinates activities of team members engaged in collecting charged off customer accounts. Drives productivity and generates revenue through continuous coaching and development of team members. Responsible for regulatory compliance and company policy enforcement.

This position operates on a rotating schedule designed to support business coverage needs. The schedule follows a six-week rotation that includes a mix of early, mid, and late shifts. Candidates must have availability Monday through Friday until 10:00PM and availability on Saturdays from 7:00AM to 5:00PM.

During any given rotation period, candidates should expect:

• Up to two weekday evening shifts ending at 10:00PM
• Up to two weekday shifts ending at 6:00PM
• Day shifts from 8:00AM to 5:00PM on weekdays and rotational Saturdays

Productivity and Staffing Management

• Maintains productivity standards by examining daily workload volumes, prioritizing work efforts, and developing timely and accurate forecasts
• Identifies causes of performance deficiencies within team and executes improvement plans
• Analyzes team data to identify training needs, potential revenue loss and other areas of improvement including screen enhancements and new tools to help representatives be more productive
• Responsible for maximizing staffing levels that are consistent with company policies related to flexible scheduling, paid time off requests and make up time
• Maintains performance records/reports for team and individual performance and holds team members accountable for individual performance and improvement

Coaching and People Management

• Maximizes the performance of Collectors through actively identifying development needs and deploying the appropriate coaching technique
• Drives effective, compliant collection activities through monitoring, and developing team members
• Maintains desired employee retention levels through employee development and engagement
• Responsible for assisting with the execution of contests and incentives
• Directs, guides and influences staff through effective communication, email messages, team meetings and classroom training
• Conducts formal and informal training, initiates recommendation regarding promotions and salary changes, monitors leave and worked hours for non-exempt employees and facilitates employee discharge meetings with Human Resources; may be asked to interview potential candidates and make recommendations for hire.

$69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash based on productivity

Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay (25/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
