Seeking an attorney with 10 plus years of commercial experience and business knowledge. My client operates in a fast-paced hands-on industry and is seeking someone who has experience with contracts, employment law, litigation and litigation management, insurances law, and real estate who is able to identify and mitigate risk. Provide advice and counsel to C-Suite and management. Must have experience managing a team and managing multiple jurisdictions. The primary location for this position is South Jersey. The second location is Southern California.
