Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic Finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for our clients.

Responsibilities: 1.

Oversee and manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returns, property tax returns, and annual reports.

2.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and payments.

3.

Manage and coordinate tax audits by various taxation authorities.

4.

Research and analyze complex tax issues; develop and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

5.

Lead and coordinate activities of tax staff and supervise their work.

6.

Provide innovative tax planning and review of complex income tax returns.

7.

Stay updated with current tax practices and changes in tax law.

8.

Handle all aspects of tax compliance for multi-state and multi-national operations.

9.

Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provisions.

10.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional client service.

11.

Provide training, guidance, and feedback to staff.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A Master's degree in Taxation is highly desirable.

2.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.

3.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate and public tax experience.

4.

Strong experience with multi-state income tax returns, tax compliance, tax provision, property tax returns, use tax, and income tax payments.

5.

Proven experience with federal and state audits.

6.

Significant supervisory experience (2 years minimum).

7.

Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.

8.

Strong leadership and personnel management skills.

9.

Analytical skills with the ability to think independently.

10.

Knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office.

11.

Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
