As an Entry Level Account Manager at Buckhead Solutions, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of professional selling through real-world experience and hands-on training. In this entry-level role, your focus will be on learning proven sales strategies, developing communication skills, and implementing what you learn in the field through direct customer interactions.

You will work closely with experienced Account Managers, gaining the tools and confidence needed to drive results and build a strong foundation for long-term success. Requirements:

·       0-4 years of experience in the sales industry or in customer relations (restaurant, retail, hospitality, etc)

• Expertly scrub for high-acuity cases, including open-heart, vascular, thoracic, and emergency aortic dissections.
• Meticulously manage delicate CV tools, pledgeted sutures, and vascular grafts in a fast-paced environment.
• Anticipate critical needs during cardiopulmonary bypass cannulation and time-sensitive hemodynamic maneuvers.
• Proficiently operate specialized equipment, including cell savers, valvulotomes, and intraoperative ultrasound probes.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• 1+ year of acute care experience
• Applicable license and/or certification per contract requirements required
