Position Responsibilities:
* Obtain daily work assignments from the team leader or supervisor and review work orders and blueprints to determine required tasks.
* Inspect preparatory cleaning, application of sealant, protective coatings, and leak detection coatings of integral fuel cells.
* Perform and witness leak checks, determining the source of leaks and evaluating the extent of repairs required.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to evaluate and coordinate improvements in build processes and defect reduction initiatives.
* Initiate and document any nonconforming materials or assemblies according to specifications and procedures.
* Conduct audits and surveillance of manufacturing and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance.
* Use precision measuring instruments and shop mathematics to verify that all parts and assemblies meet quality requirements.
* Review manufacturing plans and other documentation for completeness and compliance, identifying any discrepancies.
* Inspect mockups of engineering design changes to ensure adherence to specifications.
* Perform line checks to investigate whether rejectable conditions exist on other assemblies or airplanes.
* Indicate Quality Assurance acceptance by stamping the appropriate paperwork and processing completed records.
* Review previously accepted systems, customer requirements, or FAA conformities to determine if re-inspection is required.
* Work with engineering and the FAA on red label equipment to ensure proper segregation from production parts.
* Document discrepancies and report them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
* Assist in the training and instruction of lower-grade inspectors, providing guidance as needed.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
* Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs. to 15-35 lbs.
* Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.

Basic Qualifications :
* 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design).

* 1+ years of experience calibrating and/or using coordinate measurement machines, laser trackers, and/or optical measurement devices.
* Experience as a Quality Inspector.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6-8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel.

Key Responsibilities Perform emergency medical treatment for Sailors, Marines, and specialized units such as SEALs and Seabees; provide basic and emergency dental care and process dental X rays; serve as operating room technician and assist in surgery; administer preventive care and medications including immunizations and IVs; conduct physical exams and assist in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries; maintain patient records, perform clinical tests, and support physicians and nurses in a wide range of specialties.
What to Expect Hands on patient care with shift work and possible on call duties; field training and deployments with Marine and expeditionary units and embarked medical departments on ships; continuous certification and recertification in areas such as basic life support, trauma care, and tactical combat casualty care; mix of clinic, ward, and field environments with rapid response in emergent situations and a strong emphasis on teamwork and readiness.
Work Environment Assignments in Navy hospitals and clinics, aboard aircraft carriers and other ships, with Marine units in garrison and field environments, and occasionally on submarines; work in exam rooms, wards, operating rooms, emergency departments, aid stations, and field medical sites; close integration with medical teams, line units, and joint or coalition partners.
Pathways, Training & Advancement Recruit Training followed by Hospital Corpsman A School at Fort Sam Houston, Texas; numerous advanced C schools that lead to Navy Enlisted Classifications in areas such as Independent Duty Corpsman, Fleet Marine Force, preventive medicine, surgical technology, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory, dental, and dive medicine; progressive professional development through leadership courses and warfare qualifications such as Fleet Marine Force and Surface, Aviation, or Expeditionary pins where applicable.
Direct enlistment into the Hospital Corpsman rating from civilian life; in service conversion for qualified Sailors from other ratings who meet screening and performance criteria; Reserve accession for prior service Hospital Corpsmen and select civilian medical professionals when manning needs allow.

Pride Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to join our client, Home Health facility, in Silverdale, WA (98383). This is a 13-week Contract role focused on oversight of patient care, OASIS accuracy, care coordination, and clinical compliance within a high-volume Home Health setting.
Position Overview
The Clinical Manager ensures the client's Plan of Care is accurate, individualized, and consistently updated based on the patient’s condition. This role requires strong Home Health leadership experience, advanced knowledge of HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase), and the ability to manage clinical staff, orders, documentation, and weekly case conferences.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight
- Ensure Plan of Care is implemented and updated per patient needs or clinical changes.
- Review and ensure accurate evaluation packets, OASIS, and 485 forms.
- Process OASIS assessments, verify SOC dates, and correct documentation discrepancies.
- Follow up on missing documentation and ensure completion by Licensed Professionals.
- Manage referral intake and ensure timely scheduling of assessment visits.
- Lead weekly Case Conferences and guide recertification/discharge decisions.
- Review and approve Case Conference coordination notes within 48 hours.
- Communicate with physicians to obtain, confirm, or update clinical orders.
Order Management
- Review, approve, or decline orders per protocol.
- Ensure modifications, corrections, and medication updates are completed accurately.
- Track unsigned orders and follow up as needed.
- Ensure frequency-related orders reflect correct scheduling.
Quality & Patient Safety Monitoring
- Review vital-sign alerts and wound-score deviations; notify physicians as appropriate.
- Enter non-admit information in HCHB and ensure Branch Director approval.
- May perform patient visits or be included in on-call rotations.
Administrative Duties
- Verify benefits and obtain authorization for non-Medicare patients.
- Follow up on billing claim audit deficiencies within 24 hours.
- Run and submit missed-visit notifications to physicians weekly.
- Serve as backup for PSC functions (rescheduling, lab report review when allowed).

Qualifications

- Clinical Manager experience with HCHB is required
- Preferred: Supervisory experience
- Must possess valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to drive in all weather conditions

Expected hours: 40 hours in a week
Local Pay range: $55-$58/hour
