Locum PA-Cardiovascular Surgery Physician Job in Indiana Seeking PA-Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic for long-term locum coverage in Indianapolis, IN.

Job Details: Coverage Date: ASAP
- 7/1/2022 EMR System: Epic Coverage Type: No Call Practice Setting: Inpatient Other Details: One Nocturnist APP for Cardiovascular surgery is needed for coverage starting (as soon as possible) through the end of June.

The site prefers one provider who can cover the entire need.

The shift is 6 pm to 6 am.

The patient load depends on the scheduled surgeries from 8 to 20 patients.

The APP will cover peripheral vascular at night.

Will be placing central lines, atrial lines, and doing dialysis catheters.

They also place chest tubes on occasion.

Will also do suturing and are allowed to do intubations but need to call someone for assistance.

If there are pre-op patients, the APP will do the workup.

The coverage will be flexible dates around 1 week of coverage every 3 weeks.

Must have an Active Indiana license and be willing to get a covid vaccination.

Seeking a full-time physician who is Board Eligible/Board Certified and specializes in Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care to join a busy practice near Indianapolis.
