Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on Workers Compensation.
Paralegal certification or equivalent is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.), calendaring, and data entry.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills, with experience in answering phones and handling client queries.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all work.
A strong understanding of legal terminology and principles related to Workers Compensation.
