Oversee all aspects of estate and trust administration, including fiduciary obligations, accountings, and distributions.
4.
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
5.
Collaborate with firm leadership to grow and strategically expand the trust and estates practice.
6.
Stay current on developments in trust and estate law and provide proactive guidance to clients.
Qualifications: 1.
A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Admission to the NY state bar.
3.
At least 15 years of experience in trust and estate law, with a proven track record of success.
4.
Extensive knowledge of estate planning, estate administration, wills, and trusts.
5.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
8.
A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
