Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG)is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to work full-time at its W. Emerald clinic.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group W. Emerald is a busy, well-established practice located near the main hospital campus of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. SAMG W. Emerald has long established providers dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients. The clinic also includes an on-site Urgent Care, Orthopedic Urgent Care, digital x-ray and laboratory. The clinic utilizes the Epic for Electronic Medical Record and Computerized Order Entry.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
• Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) (or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment)
• Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $270,000 – $300,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $295,000 - $450,000.
