As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the trusted partner our Members rely on. You’ll research and resolve member inquiries regarding existing policies through multiple channels—including phone, e-mail, mail, and in person—while providing timely, professional, and empathetic support. You will also document all interactions and insights in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and opportunities for continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately addressing inquiries across phone, email, mail, and in-person channels.
• Efficiently navigate multiple systems—including Outlook, CRM/Salesforce, policy administration platforms, imaging systems, call center tools, calculators, and illustration systems—to resolve member needs.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of the full life cycle of Life and Annuity products, such as Billing & Collections, Distributions, and In-force processes.
• Counsel and assist Members with policies at risk of lapse or termination; oversee reinstatements and handle all contract-related activities and in-force illustrations.
• Proactively reach out regarding address changes, billing matters, and statement notices.
• Educate Members and their families on military benefits and Navy Mutual products; refer potential sales opportunities to appropriate representatives.
• Represent Navy Mutual with professionalism and empathy, ensuring every Member feels valued, informed, and supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of call center and customer service experience.
• Life insurance expertise preferred.
• Strong understanding of call center operations, processes, and tools—including CRM and multi-queue phone systems.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Senior Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing food and beverage dining outlets within the hotel. This role ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction and luxury service standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Supervise and manage F&B outlets and operations ensuring quality, service and luxury standards.
• Monitor and ensure availability of staffing levels, supplies, and equipment are up to standard for both guest and service professional’s safety.
• Support and lead additional F&B Managers and F&B service teams in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ensures a “positive atmosphere” in all outlets including making contact with guests and Service Professionals throughout each shift
• Ensure coverage and monitor scheduling and making necessary adjustments in the best interest of the company or under the leadership of the Director of F&B.
• Create scheduling, be ready to represent the department in payroll meeting
• Attend and lead all pre-shift lineups and conduct ongoing training to ensure that service professionals continue to improve their performance, knowledge of product offerings throughout the hotel and other departments
• Must be familiar with demonstrate knowledge of all products and menu items
• Meets and greets guests in the outlets and to oversee the open table guest profile system
• Maintains clean and organized storage areas, service stations, and dining room
• Handle guest feedback by offering alternatives and solutions to ensure guest satisfaction as the ultimate priority in a timely manner
• Ensures that the outlet maintains the integrity of a responsible vendor of alcohol
• Constantly monitor inventory items to ensure proper tracking and accountability for those items. Oversee the month end inventory as it relates to the outlet
• Ability to multitask and handle high demands of stress and workloads at any given time
• Recommend and oversee the roll out of any new standards set by the hotel or Director of Food and Beverage
• Foster a healthy and working relationship with the back of house while maintaining a high standard for quality of food and presentation
• Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of all the F & B areas
• Work with the Director of Food and Beverage on activations, programing for the outlets
• Collaborate with the Marketing department and build activations on the platforms
• POS programing
• Respond to guests’ disputes on a timely manner
• Ordering and restocking of products

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Strong knowledge of fine dining, wine & spirits and hotel operations
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Union experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

They are seeking a Trustee Engagement Officer (TEO) to directly support the President/Chairman of the Board, key Trustees, and Rising Trustees who are leading the Foundation's grantmaking work locally, nationally, and globally.

This is a multi-faceted Senior Executive Assistant role, reporting to the Director of Operations. As TEO, you will act as the central coordination hub between the Foundation’s President, Trustees and staff. This role has three core areas of responsibility:

1. Executive support to the President (40%)

The TEO ensures that people, information, logistics, and follow-through are handled with precision, discretion, and professionalism, allowing leadership and trustees to engage effectively and represent the Foundation well.

• Ensure the President is fully supported administratively, logistically, and informationally.
• Manage calendar, scheduling, and logistics with foresight and discretion
• Prepare meeting materials, briefings, agendas, and follow-up summaries
• Track commitments, decisions, and action items to ensure timely follow-through
• Coordinate travel arrangements, reimbursements, and documentation
• Serve as the first point of contact for routine administrative needs
• Maintain efficient systems for meeting preparation and follow-through

2. Trustee & Rising Trustee Engagement (35%)

• Act as the primary administrative point of contact for trustees and rising trustees
• Coordinate all discretionary giving initiated by trustees and rising trustees, including intake, tracking, internal coordination, and documentation
• Coordinate board and committee meetings (scheduling, materials, minutes, follow-up)
• Maintain trustee records, contact lists, and engagement tracking systems
• Support onboarding and orientation of new and rising trustees
• Track and diplomatically reinforce follow-ups and commitments

3. External Events & Foundation Representation Coordination (25%)

• Coordinate the Foundation’s participation in external events attended by trustees or leadership, including tables, seats, and sponsorship-related benefits
• Manage event entitlements such as recognition language, advertisements, signage, and acknowledgments
• Draft or coordinate copy for event ads and recognition placements in consultation with the President and Communications Director
• Serve as the primary liaison with host organizations regarding event logistics and deadlines
• Coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, seating, and calendaring
• Support occasional Foundation-hosted gatherings or convenings, as needed
• Coordinate with Communications on trustee-facing and event-related materials
• Ensure materials align with Foundation tone, branding, and approvals
• Maintain organized digital archives of trustee communications and governance records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including providing executive/C-suite level administrative support
