The technician will perform preventive maintenance, install new equipment, and maintain compliance with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform maintenance and repairs on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Conduct troubleshooting to identify root causes of mechanical or electrical issues.
Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and ensure proper lubrication of equipment.
Support installation and setup of new machinery and systems.

Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
Strong communication skills for working with production and support personnel.
Must have a strong record of reliability and attendance.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform all required physical duties.
Must pass a maintenance aptitude or skills assessment.

Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English.
Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient with the Spanish language at the Academy.
