Stansell is seeking a talented Construction Project Manager in the Michigan region to join our team!
POSITION IS REMOTE BUT CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN MI AND BE ABLE TO TRAVEL.
Stansell is a rapidly growing, WBE certified, general contractor specializing in commercial construction services across the Southeast United States. We focus on serving clients in the commercial market with emphasis on the following project types: restaurant dining and quick service food. The ideal candidate for this role is a career-minded individual with a customer service focus, has high energy, and is detail oriented. This candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Leads an environment of Respect, Commitment, Teamwork, Integrity, Reliability, and Professionalism.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, owners, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Coordinate with on-site Superintendent to plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Secure subcontractors for specific trade needs
- Evaluate progress and apply necessary changes to achieve planned goals
- Leads overall project closeout process
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 3 years commercial retail construction project management, quick service restaurant experience HIGHLY preferred.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software, Sage 100 and Procore
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellence with organizational and time-management skills is a must
- A team player with leadership abilities
- BS/BA in engineering, building science, or construction will be an advantage
- Strong PC skills with a working knowledge of including but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Must have strong knowledge and appreciation of construction safety processes and ability to enforce the project safety plan

Position Overview: The CRNA will be responsible for delivering comprehensive anesthesia care in inpatient and outpatient environments, supporting surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through safe, efficient, and personalized anesthesia plans.
Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough preoperative assessments, including reviewing patient medical histories, evaluating risk factors, and formulating individualized anesthesia strategies.
Develop and implement tailored anesthesia care plans in partnership with anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
Administer anesthesia safely during diverse procedures, maintaining patient safety, stability, and comfort.
Monitor patients intraoperatively, managing vital signs, anesthesia depth, and responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
Oversee post-anesthesia recovery, including pain management and immediate postoperative care, ensuring smooth patient transitions.
Participate in a rotating schedule comprising day shifts, on-call duties, and weekends, with the flexibility to travel across multiple locations within the health system as needed.
Document all procedures accurately and promptly in the EPIC electronic medical record system, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Support staffing needs during periods of increased demand and ensure compliance with credentialing, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
Maintain up-to-date certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and state licensure, and engage in continued professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements: Active CRNA certification with current licensure in Michigan.
A minimum of several years of anesthesia experience (new graduates are not considered).
Proficiency with EPIC EMR and anesthesia equipment.
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NBCRNA.
Candidates must be eligible for H1B or J1 Visa sponsorship.
Not suitable for candidates with lapsed certifications or those seeking multiple jobs or long commutes.
Prior experience in an inpatient or outpatient anesthesia setting preferred.
