About the Clinician's Workday

The estimated privileging timeframe is 75 days. Case types include General and Orthopedic procedures. Board certification or fellowship is required, and candidates who need to obtain a state license will be considered. Preferred shifts are 8- or 10-hour, with 12-hour shifts available but not ideal. Regular hours are required, with no in-house, weeknight, or weekend call. Overtime is not expected but is offered. Shift times are as follows: 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Providers are expected to work the full duration of their shifts, excluding unpaid lunch, totaling 8, 10, or 12 hours of work. The hospital uses Cerner for charting and has 31 anesthesia rooms. MDs supervise CRNAs at a ratio of 3 to 1, and MDs also perform their own cases.
