Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are currently seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist on a full-time basis to perform a variety of interventional and diagnostic procedures including arterial runoffs, venograms, body IR, embolizations and neuro/stroke interventions. Rotating call assignments are critical and required.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism and responsibility in safely performing a variety of interventional and diagnostic procedures
• Provide safe and compassionate care to our patients
• Perform highly technical procedures in accordance with standard operating procedure/policy in a timely manner
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Obtain high-quality images, maintain sterile technique, assist various physicians, obtain and document pertinent information related to patient/procedure
• Effectively communicate with patients, physicians, vendor partners and fellow caregivers
• Required participation in rotating call

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Completion of a 24-month Radiologic Technology program at an accredited institution
• Current/Active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
• Current ARRT credential 
• Minimum of 1 – 3 years licensed experience in Radiology
• Angio, Peripheral and Neuro experience a plus
• BLS required upon hire

• Please note our facility is a Level II Trauma Center which requires availability for rotating call assignments
