A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team.

Washington Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to work Mornings (7am-3pm) or Evenings (3pm-11pm) in Argyle, NY.
We are currently offering a $3,750 sign-on bonus!!
Duties:
- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
- Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
- Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
- Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
- Manage documentation of resident care services
- Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
Requirements:
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
- Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical care to residents in a SNF setting, focusing on reducing unnecessary hospitalizations and promoting effective treatment in place
Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and order necessary treatments and medications
Collaborate with facility staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care
Communicate effectively with families, residents, and healthcare providers to ensure open lines of communication
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and survey processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Salary: $105,000 - $152,000 ANNUALLY
