We offer a robust three-month onboarding program and pair new Physician Assistants with an experienced APP Mentor to ensure a smooth transition and help you grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • See new and follow-up patients, develop treatment plans, and provide excellent patient care.
  • Perform procedures and assist in surgeries at our Ambulatory Surgery Centers?our APPs are leaders in operative skills nationwide.
  • Collaborate with physicians in the clinic and provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in hospital rounds, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Educate and mentor new APPs and other staff members to promote professional development.

Requirements:

  • Master?s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing.
  • Licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
