This role is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors and crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. - Reporting daily and regularly on progress with the Project Manager
- Resolving any issues or delays
- Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
- Travel will be required for this position within Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio
- Proven experience as a Superintendent
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material management principles
- Proficient in understanding and reading blueprints
- Proficient in Survey and Layout
- OSHA Safety and Required Certifications
- Familiarity with construction/management software, including ProCore
- Outstanding communication
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities reporting to the Project Manager
- Strong background in General Construction

Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency required.
Facility Features Trauma Levels: Varies from Level 2 to Level 4, based on the location.
Support Services : Includes general surgery, cardiology, nephrology, orthopedics, and OB/GYN, among others.
EMR System : Cerner.
EMR training will be provided.
Staffing : Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) collaborate to deliver high-quality care.
